Downstream Go and TypeScript implementations independently parse the corpus and derive semantic results. They must not call Rust, load WASM, or copy expected verdicts from the manifest.

Ownership

Downstream repositories may add scenario fixtures, but they consume a pinned core corpus revision and must not fork or regenerate canonical core vectors.
